All orders are shipped by Canada Post (Expedited) at a flat rate of $9.50. If your total order is over 125.00 shipping is FREE in Canada! Note: if shipping is less than 4.50, the difference will be refunded back to you! (eg. if you paid 9.50 via the shoppng cart and it only cost me 1.25 to ship it out, I will refund you 8.25!)
Local residents always get free shipping of course - simply choose Cold Lake Area in the shipping box and it will zero out the shipping charge and you can come and pick it up!
Oversized Items: Larger items that will not fit into one of my standard shipping boxes, may be charge actual shipping costs. You will be notified of this prior to any shipment.

Shipping (USA)

There is no free shipping for the states - an additional email will be sent if the cart allows this (sorry, glitch in the system)! Note - if the actual shipping is less than 10.00, I will refund you the difference! (eg. if you paid 15.00 via your shopping cart and it only cost me 6.00 to ship it out, I will refund you 9.00!)
NEW: There is an additonal choice now for shipping 'RUSH - Canada' and 'RUSH -USA.' These options are for those that want smaller items to be shipped out in a faster time frame. These items will be shipped via Xpress Post and therefore the purchased item HAS to fit into one of the available pre purchased Xpress Post envelopes! If you are unsure if your item will fit into one of these envies, please contact me first and I will confirm for you (wendy@wsquaredscrapbooking.com).
Returns
If you have concerns with regards to your purchase, please contact me within three days of receiving your parcel. Most scrapbooking products do not carry manufacturers warranty and are therefore not returnable. Any product that has been purchased as discontinued, on sale or special order cannot be returned. Customer Service is very important and therefore each situation will be handled on an individual basis.
